It was a pleasant Summer evening in August 2003. A few of us enthusiasts had gathered on the green in the home of Mrs Malati Kulkarni. For a few years before that time, Mrs Kulkarni and other enthusiastic individuals were actively involved in organising social and cultural events mainly in Reading Hindu Temple. We were gathered with an aim to give these efforts a meaningful way forward.
